About Us
The best commercial real estate decisions aren't made on mainstream information. That's why we created The Real Estate Haystack.
Delivered weekly and free to subscribers, the Haystack provides valuable original content sourced from academic research that the industry otherwise never sees. We write in a succinct and actionable format: No BS, no fluff, just insights that actually move the needle for commercial real estate executives.
Here's what lands in your inbox each week:
ππππ©ππ« ππ§ππ₯π²π¬π’π¬: We connect dots others miss, synthesizing insights from academic research, market data, and industry experts.
ππππ’π¬π’π¨π§ π π«ππ¦ππ°π¨π«π€π¬: We provide practical tools to evaluate opportunities with greater precision and sharpen your investment analysis.
ππππ’π¨π§πππ₯π πππ€πππ°ππ²π¬: Insight you can implement immediately.
It turns out thereβs abundant, relevant real estate insights that could raise the game just waiting to be found, but most never make it to the decision-makers who could actually use it. We're fixing that problem.
In addition to each weekβs deep dive, we also flag articles we donβt want you to miss, highlight a GP we think youβd want to know about (they donβt pay us for that), and provide a little fun in each issue.
Thanks for checking us out. Weβd love to hear from you. Reach us at [email protected].
